Body Image Bootcamp helps local, busy residents gain energy & get leaner without cutting out the foods they enjoy. Body Image Bootcamp offers clients the expertise of an expert personal trainer in a group environment which makes working out fun, and affordable.
There are front end transformation programs which lead onto monthly recurring memberships.
There is a limit of 30 members per session and all sessions are run at indoor venues with music and equipment. Diet advice is provided throughout every transformation program and membership option. There is an exclusive membership portal provided with extra coaching, recipes, macro calculator and home exercises to support our clients outside of the sessions too. We also have a private online support group for motivation on tap.

Our program follows a structured exercise design that deliver’s results in the fastest way possible and by training less than one might think.
A customised nutrition program compliments the fitness program, ensuring clients have the best chance of achieving their personal goals.
Our coaching guarantees results because we keep our clients accountable throughout the week with unique systems thus leveraging our time whilst keeping our clients moving towards their goals.
